But the 2 road games, then we go to London, then the bye, then 2 more road games is brutal.

The official 2019 schedule was released tonight by the Buccaneers and the NFL. "Jameis Winston says farewell to Tampa as he looks for a new team, but where could he be a starter?". When breaking ties for three or more teams under the NFL's rules, they are first broken within divisions, then comparing only the highest ranked remaining team from each division.
Green Bay finished ahead of New Orleans based on conference record. I think the Bucs have MUCH better talent on offense than both those teams. I think the defense can’t be worse than it has been the last 2 years, but even if it’s still bad, the offense should be able to put up big points. Tampa Bay is looking to rebound from a disappointing 2018 season.
Does anyone honestly see more than 6 wins with this schedule and teams the Bucs are playing? The Panthers game on a short week in Carolina will depend on Cam’s health. Even without OBJ the Giants always play the Bucs tough.
First of all, I’d like to preface this by saying that I am just as disappointed as most diehard Bucs fans by their ineptitude since the early 2000’s. I continue to follow them because I love the sport. But for me, each year at this time brings on a new set of circumstances that have yet to be played out. I guess I “suffer” from being a half-full glass kind of guy. Below is a “tribute” to all the half-empty people.
Payton has a new Bucs coach to welcome in Arians. For three straight years the G-men have played Tampa Bay. Now they get to do it again with running back Saquon Barkley. Bucs have a much shorter trip to play the Panthers than their meeting in England. Carolina whupped the Bucs at Bank of America Stadium last season. In addition to their usual NFC South opponents, whom they play both home and away, the Bucs will face every team from the AFC South and NFC West this season.
Didn’t we have a home opener already cancelled by one? Sure we did, guess the NFL wasn’t paying attention. Five of Tampa Bay’s last eight games are at home, including the last two contests against Houston and Atlanta.
The only question is who will be at quarterback? Larry Fitzgerald returns to the scene of his prime, Raymond James Stadium, where he nearly single-handedly rallied the Cards before losing to Pittsburgh in the Super Bowl. The stretch mercifully comes to an end with back-to-back home games Nov. 10 against the Arizona Cardinals and Nov. 17 against the New Orleans Saints. Then for our second game they have given a division rival no time to prepare for a new HC and new system.
The Buccaneers committed seven turnovers in a 37–26 loss to Carolina in London. The Buccaneers traded their sixth-round selection to the Arizona Cardinals in exchange for Arizona's seventh-round selection and the rights to head coach Bruce Arians. 6 NFC opponents, 3 divisional games, 4 on the road. Jason Licht’s good friend, Texans coach Bill O’Brien, pays the Bucs a visit. DeShaun Watson returns to Raymond James Stadium, where he won a national championship with the Clemson Tigers. The Bucs offensive line may get its best test vs J.J.
Path to the PlayoffsIt might boost ticket sales after not having a game at home for sometime but if there away losses continue to mount you might see some empty seat like last year. We lost the game we played after our bye week last year, the Titans have gone 9-7 the past two years while we’ve gone 5-11 and Winston has lost to Mariota every time he’s faced him. Seattle is very tough to beat at home, they made the playoffs last year and we don’t play well on the west coast.
